    Great info mate but doesnt seem to fit my query. Im in the middle of having a kitchen fitted and the tap is brand new. Its not the same tap as yours but similar in principle. Ive removed the tap and the water is coming out where the valve and turny bit meets. It looks like its kept in place with a split pin. Any thoughts, much obliged.

    How do I know if my fuse needs replacement ?

    • @fix-make
      @fix-make 9 дней назад

      If the thing the plug is attached to isn’t working and you replace the fuse and it then works… you know it was the fuse. If you replace it and it’s still doesn’t work then it’s likely to be something else.

    • @FakeBlipTV
      @FakeBlipTV 19 часов назад

      how about the fuse got busted and the plug is a bit burnt? Will it work if I just replace it with a new fuse and plug it again?

    • @fix-make
      @fix-make 19 часов назад

      It will work but something has caused that fuse to blow that needs investigating further. The evidence of the damage to the plug itself suggests something is wrong with the appliance and it should probably be looked at by a professional.
